Cairn Service
The 6VT Cairn Service provides confidential, one-to-one support for young people who have been a victim or witnesss of crime, helping them feel safe, rebuild confidence, and access further specialist services if needed.
Who Is It For
Support from the Cairn Service is available to any young person aged 10-25 in Edinburgh and the Lothians who has been affected by crime, whether they have reported it to the police or not.
What Help Can I Get?
The Cairn Service is here when you need it. We can help with court preperation, police interviews, or criminal injury claims. You can chat to us one-to-one in a safe space, or get support online by messenger or phone whenever you need advice or just someone to listen.
Confidential Support
Your support is confidential, so the only time we will share information without getting your permission is if we are really worried about your safety or someone else’s safety.
We will always ask before we speak to people on your behalf.
