We know that family life can be full of highs and lows, good days and bad days. Our aim is to offer a friendly parent and baby support group where you can have a break from your daily life and chill out.
Our friendly and supportive staff are here to listen, provide support and help you find information. Babies, toddlers & parents aged 25 years and under are welcome as well as expectant parents. You will get the chance to meet other young parents, share experiences and try out some new activities for you and your children.
We also offer trips out in the local community and individual support to those who require it.
We meet every Thursday 11am -1pm at the Youth cafe .
When coming to the Café, it is located 2 minutes from the Grassmarket, in the Vennel in the Old Town of Edinburgh. The cafe can be accessed via the Lauriston end of the Vennel or by the Grassmarket. Please note universal access is by the Lauriston side of the Vennel where there is drop off point with single yellow lines. The entrance via The Grassmarket has a numbers of steps making it unsuitable those with mobility issues or buggies!
