Please note - currently we do not have anymore capacity for room hires at the moment.
The Youth Cafe is located in the Old town of Edinburgh, a five minute bus ride away from Princes Street as well as the train and bus station. The youth cafe has universal access via the Vennel from Keir Street and has fully accessible facilities.
The Youth Cafe has several flexible spaces that are available for hire to charitable organisations and businesses.
The meeting rooms are fresh and bright and are furnished to a high standard and can accommodate groups for training events, development days, union meetings. Press launches etc.
Room 1a:
In this room there is an 6ft electronic screen for DVD/Video or Power Point presentations. A media suite which has a dvd player, pa system,HD projector, TV and cd player and ipad. The room is equipped with surround sound. There is also a large bifold door which on a nice day can be fully opened up to extend the space into the outdoors. It also has an amazing view of the castle!
Room 1b:
In this room there is 55" smart TV and surround sound. It is also joined to the coffee bar.
Room 2:
This room has its own entrance. It will comfortably seat 4 socially distanced in a circle.
Cost:
Room 1 - £18 per hour
Room 2 - £12 per hour
We no longer offer catering but you are welcome to arrange your own.
Please note - booking times should include time for arrival, setting up and leaving the premises.
