We understand that family life has its ups and downs. Our parent and baby support group offers a relaxed space where you can take a break from daily routines, meet others, and enjoy some time out with your children.
Who Is It For?
Our safe and welcoming space is open to parents aged 25 and under, their babies and toddlers, and expectant parents too.

Our friendly and supportive staff are here to listen, provide support and help you find information.
You will get the chance to meet other young parents, share experiences and try out some new activities for you and your children.
​
We also offer trips out in the local community and individual support to those who require it.

We meet every Thursday 11am -1pm at the Youth cafe .
Lunch is provided and busfares for those who need them.
When coming to the Café, it is located 2 minutes from the Grassmarket, in the Vennel in the Old Town of Edinburgh. The cafe can be accessed via the Lauriston end of the Vennel or by the Grassmarket. Please note universal access is by the Lauriston side of the Vennel where there is drop off point with single yellow lines. The entrance via the Grassmarket has a number of steps making it unsuitable those with mobility issues or buggies!
